Just Breathe

I  am a yoga practitioner/therapist on the Isle of Wight, and love bringing the skills I have developed through many hours of training and study in  different traditions of yoga to my students.  My goal is to help your mind and body connect and develop through repetitive stretching exercises, connection of your poses and breathe, which will enable you to enhance and repair your body and mind through yoga.  Yoga is for everyone, and  I work on a level of intuitiveness whereby I connect with your energy and emotions to be able to develop a practice that heals both your physical and emotional elements, to find a balance and harmony.  

I offer a wide range of yoga classes, of different genres, from power flow, to mind and meditation, and these are either in group sessions or 1 to 1, for all abilities, and fitness levels, whether you are a beginner finding the start to your yoga journey or are looking for guidance to develop and advance your passage within yoga. I believe in making yoga accessible to everyone, there is a style of yoga for all, no matter what limitations you encounter, and I will be by your side to find the right path.
