STEP INTO A CLASS and enjoy the benefits of relaxation and gentle body movement through Qui Gong, meditation, yoga Nidra, and Pranayama.

Hatha Flow Yoga

GRAB A MAT and join me for a 90 minute flow sequence enhancing strength and flexibility within the mind and body as we constantly connect and move with the awareness of the breath and energy within us.

Pilates Stretches

Yin and Yang Yoga

I combine the dynamic yang aspects of Ashtanga primary series yoga and complement it with the cooling elements of Yin yoga.  We create a strong class of movement and then stillness. This class offers 45 minutes each of both styles creating a powerfully energetic control of breath and inner strength  the heat of flow = YANG, and the cooling properties of stillness, holding  = YIN.  A real invitation to the more subtle aspects of energy within your yoga practice.
